James G. Okore has served in leadership for over 15 years across the corporate, sports, and faith-based sectors. As the Pastor of Church Discipleship and Training and Chairman of the Elder Board at Transformation Church NJ, he leads with a heart for developing people and building strong, purpose-driven communities.
He is also the President of WE Lead Sports Inc., a sports-based youth development organization that provides athletics, leadership and college readiness to youth.
James has extensive experience building teams from the ground up, helping startups scale, and optimizing organizations for high performance. His passion lies in training and empowering individuals and teams to rise to the highest version of themselves.
He communicates leadership in a holistic, creative, and practical way—often blending his love for the arts, music, and storytelling.
Above all, James is a devoted husband to Mrs. Michelle Okore and a proud father to two beautiful daughters, Mariah and Ariella Okore.
